My family and I total six just completed a brilliant 12 days vacation in Sri Lanka. Traveling clock wise starting at Negombo and ending in Galle. I had stumbled on Luxurious Sri Lanka after searching for a tour guide on Trip Me. The MD Jagathsingh is a most service oriented businessman, ever obliging and flexible with our requested changes along the way. Jagathsingh had created a great itinerary covering all aspects of the wonders of the blessed country of Sri Lanka. My kids learnt so much during this vacation: to observe and respect culture, religion and the customs of the country we visit. Through the meals, the foods, the climbing and even the coconut stalls stops, we all had a wonderful time. Thanks mostly to Mr Basil R, whose English proficiency although not extremely high, has a good working level and understands the needs of his guests, drives most skilfully and obliges the kids who are often looking for western meals , preferring these to local Sri Lankan rice and curries. I worked with Jagathsingh on the itinerary over three months to and fro by emails, but the mutual patience and creativity bore fruits. Stupendous natural beauty of God given sand and seas, elevated tea plantations and the wild life, were all harnessed and captured in one fell swoop. My family has asked that I thanked both Jagathsingh and Basil for their complementary personal touches without which our vacation could not have been as awesome.
