We travelled in a very comfortable and luxurious mini-bus with Wi-Fi throughout the journey. Our driver and tour guide was Mike. Mike has been in the industry for 30+ years and knows all the roads, the sights and the special attractions inside out. He is super knowledgable and speaks excellent English. He quickly understood what we liked and what we were less interested in and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. He was always in a happy mood and a pleasure to travel with. Jagath checked in with us throughout the trip to ensure we were ok and all our needs were addressed

One of a kind trip - I just got back from an awesome, one of a kind 2 week vacation from Maldives and Sri Lanka arranged by Jagath who took care of every detail and... read more last minute changes as pandemic protocols kept changing. Jagath answered every email and questions quickly and whatever requests I asked, he delivered. I spent 4 days in Maldives and it was awesome! I wish I had stayed longer. The staff at Paradise Island Resort were very helpful, the resort was clean, but best of all the turquoise waters and white sand made all the difference. It’s indeed a place to chill and relax. I spent 11 days in Sri Lanka and the country went back on lockdown before I got there extended for few more days while I was there so everything was closed including Cultural sites and National Parks. Jagath went above and beyond and went through 17 departments in the Tourist Board to get me a Special Permission to open up the Cultural Sites Sigiriya and Polunnaruwa and I was able to see these places unique to Sri Lanka. I wasn’t able to get into the National Parks but my driver and tour guide Mr Basil is quick to spot birds, animals, and plants and name them, both common and scientific names, knows his dates and history, he’s amazing! The staffs in all hotels were all very friendly and helpful, and since I’m the only guest in some of the the hotels, I got a little more of the Sri Lankan hospitality than normal. Although I have not been able to see a few places, I got the most of what I can get in a country on lockdown. thanks to Jagath and Mr Basil. I have a new appreciation to Sri Lanka and it’s people and I can only imagine what other amazing experiences I can have if the country is not on lockdown. I 100% recommended Luxurious Sri Lanka if you’re planning to visit this country, you won’t get disappointed.
